Hiring for a Chief Business Officer (CBO) for Matrix, a part of the UDS Group. Matrix is a leading provider of Audit services, Trade Promotion Management and Background Verification Services helping organizations strengthen governance, manage risk, and achieve operational excellence.

This is a client acquisition leadership role for a proven B2B sales leader who thrives on opening new enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.

We're looking for someone who has:

• A strong track record in enterprise client acquisition and new logo hunting
• Experience in selling Audit services, and Background Verification Services (Audit Services experience is strongly preferred)
• Built and led high-performing B2B sales teams
• Created a predictable sales pipeline and demand generation engine

What You Should Have Delivered:

• Scaled revenues meaningfully (e.g., 23x growth or built a 50100 Cr+ business line)
• Built and led a sales team from the ground up, with clear structure and accountability
• Consistently delivered new client acquisition in a B2B environment
• Established a functioning demand generation engine (not just campaigns, but measurable pipeline)
• Created predictable sales pipelines with strong conversion metrics
