Hiring: Manager Offshore Catering Operations | Mumbai (Andheri)

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage offshore catering operations for a reputed organization in the marine and offshore services industry.

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Manage offshore catering and hospitality operations

Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service delivery

Handle budgeting, cost control, and operational planning

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and offshore teams

Lead and manage catering staff to ensure smooth operations

Monitor inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Candidate Profile:

MBA or Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience in offshore catering, marine catering, industrial catering, remote site catering, or hospitality operations

Strong understanding of food service and hospitality management

Good budgeting, reporting, and cost management skills

Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities
