We are building a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle business and are looking for a Category Manager Apparel to own and scale our apparel category.



Role Overview

You will be responsible forend-to-end category ownership, includingbrand onboarding, assortment planning, pricing, and inventory management. This role requires a strong mix offashion understanding, analytics, and execution.



What you will do

Category Ownership

  • Own categoryrevenue, margins, and growth targets
  • Build and scale theapparel category(mens, womens, basics, streetwear, etc.)



Brand Onboarding & Vendor Management

  • Identify, pitch, and onboardrelevant apparel brands and manufacturers
  • Negotiatepricing, margins, and supply terms
  • Build and manage long-termvendor relationships



Assortment & Inventory Planning

  • Curate the rightproduct mix based on demand and trends
  • Planinventory, stock depth, and replenishment cycles
  • Ensure highavailability of fast-moving SKUsand minimize dead stock



Data & Performance Tracking

  • Analyzesales, conversion, and demand trends
  • Tracktop-performing and underperforming SKUs
  • Drive data-backed decisions to improve category performance



Pricing & Promotions

  • Definepricing strategy and discounting frameworks
  • Plan and executecampaigns, drops, and promotions



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
  • Operations (inventory & fulfilment)
  • Marketing (campaigns & growth)
  • Catalogue (product listings)



What we are looking for

  • 36 years of experience infashion category management / buying / merchandising (apparel)
  • Strong experience inbrand onboarding and vendor management
  • Good understanding ofapparel trends, fabrics, fits, and sizing
  • Experience ine-commerce, marketplaces, or retail
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate in afast-paced, high-growth environment
