We are seeking a highly skilled Category Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystem tools and automation technologies to support enterprise-level initiatives for a prestigious global client.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 9+ Years

Company: Andor Tech (Deployment with a leading global financial services organization)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Drive process automation and data-driven insights using modern tools
• Leverage Excel and advanced automation techniques for business efficiency
• Apply Python for automation and data analytics use cases
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable and impactful solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

9+ years of experience in digital solutions / category engineering / automation roles

Strong expertise in SharePoint & Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Advanced knowledge of Excel and automation frameworks

Experience using Python for automation and data insights

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

Exposure to enterprise-level project delivery

Interview Process:

• 3 Rounds of Interviews
• Includes 1 Mandatory Face-to-Face Round in Bangalore

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates based in Bangalore or open to relocation
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days notice period
