Role Responsibilities:

Track weekly gross margin across different teams and explain any changes.
Create and maintain dashboards and key performance metrics for business tracking.
Work closely with success and delivery teams to ensure projects are closed on time and revenue is recorded.
Identify profit leakage areas such as unused capacity, scope creep, or low-profit clients and highlight them.
Prepare weekly reports, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability across teams.

Requirements:

13 years of experience in consulting, operations, or a fast-paced startup.
Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting data for decision-making.
Strong ownership mindset ensures tasks are completed without constant reminders.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Strong zeal to build a career in the IT industry and understand how its processes work.
