Job Title: Customs Data Administrator

Location: Mumbai - Andheri (E) - WFO Only

Monday to Saturday Working -Rotational Shifts

One Weekly but No fixed weekly off.

Industry: Aviation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Co-ordinate the real-time transmission of cargo details (weight, pieces, description, Air Waybill details, etc.) between the airline and CBP using standard electronic messages.

2. Execute the data transmission process within predefined Turnaround Time (TAT) with 100% accuracy.

3. Populate flight schedules and build flights into Cargo Spot, monitor stakeholders' entry of AWB data and follow up for timely completion.

4. Check, rectify, and transmit data to CBP, ensuring acknowledgment of receipt.

5. Oversee the 24x7 live operation of cargo data transmission, troubleshooting, and customer support.

6. Oversee the entry of Air Waybill (AWB) data into Cargo Spot/GCG by customers, forwarders, or departure stations.

7. Implement control measures to guarantee correct and error-free data transmission to CBP.

8. Coordinate with stakeholders to rectify any identified errors promptly.

9. Respond to nominations and special requests, updating systems and notifying stakeholders and manage the final transmission of data to CBP.

10. Respond to customer queries and provide support promptly primarily through email communication.

11. Assist in setting up configurations for a new station going live, including user access and SITA addresses etc.

Work Experience Required:

1-4 yrs of similar experience in the same domain in the Aviation sector is a must.

Skills Required :

- Microsoft Office Suite, with extensive use of Microsoft Outlook for communication.

- Cargo Spot, GCG, and Microsoft Windows operating system

- Microsoft Excel and Word for specific tasks Industry Knowledge

- Familiarity with aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

- Knowledge of customs and border protection procedures is an advantage
