Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on courses and career opportunities.
• Guide students through the admission process.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Provide accurate information about programs, fees, and career prospects.
• Maintain student records and update the CRM regularly.
• Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counseling and persuasion abilities.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Prior experience in counseling, education, or inside sales is preferred.
