Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Career Counsellor with experience in a Cambridge-affiliated school to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions.

This role focuses on helping students understand their strengths, explore global opportunities, and plan their future with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities

Provide career guidance aligned with Cambridge pathways and global education systems

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students

Assist students in identifying strengths, interests, and career options

Guide students through college applications and international admissions processes

Organize career awareness sessions, workshops, and university interactions

Maintain records of student progress and counselling outcomes

Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student development

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Career Counsellor

Experience in a Cambridge-affiliated school

Strong knowledge of global education systems and career pathways

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build trust and guide students effectively
