Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure smooth end-to-end campus operations across multiple functions
  • Manage day-to-day operational workflows with a strong process orientation
  • Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Address and resolve stakeholder issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain and manage accurate data records using Excel and ERP systems
  • Support planning and execution of operational processes and improvements


An ideal candidate should have: (Skills)


  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a process-oriented mindset
  • Effective communication and interpersonal coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues swiftly
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools for data management


The Successful Applicant:


  • Holds 24 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or hospitality roles
  • Brings a service-first mindset with a high sense of accountability
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment
