Campaigns Manager

We are looking for a Campaigns Manager with strong experience in planning and executing branded marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate brand objectives into impactful campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end branded campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms
• Collaborate with creative, content, media, and external agency teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights
• Run campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness
• Track and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, CTR, and brand lift
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape

Requirements

• 36 years of experience in campaign management, brand marketing, or integrated marketing
• Proven experience running branded campaigns (not only performance marketing)
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and audience targeting
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced startup environment
• Exposure to influencer marketing and integrated campaigns
• MBA or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
