About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Full Stack Marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can take ownership across the entire marketing funnel. The ideal candidate should combine strong performance marketing expertise with deep user lifecycle understanding and retention-led communication strategies.

This role requires someone who can understand user behavior, optimize marketing communications, and drive measurable business outcomes across acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.


Key Responsibilities

Own and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

Build and optimize customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated campaigns using Clevertap and MoEngage.

Analyze user behavior and engagement patterns to create high-performing communication strategies across Push, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and In-App channels.

Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:

Google Ads

Apple Search Ads (ASA)

Meta Ads

Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV optimization.

Work closely with product, design, analytics, and growth teams to improve conversion funnels and customer experiences.

Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search visibility.

Continuously experiment with creatives, messaging, segmentation, and growth loops to maximize marketing efficiency.

Monitor campaign performance, prepare insights, and recommend optimization opportunities based on data.


Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Graduate from a Tier 1 institute preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working in a fast startup culture with high ownership and execution capabilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Clevertap and MoEngage (mandatory).
  • Proven understanding of user lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Experience managing performance campaigns on Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and organic growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute quickly in a dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualities

  • Growth-first mindset with a strong experimentation approach.
  • Ability to think both strategically and operationally.
  • Strong understanding of fintech, consumer internet, or app-based businesses is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking complete ownership of projects.
