Job Description
At DigiPanda, conversations drive revenue. We are looking for a Quality Analyst who can evaluate calls deeply, identify performance gaps, and help improve conversion outcomes across sales and support teams.
This role is ideal for someone who understands call psychology, communication structure, and performance optimisation.
- Audit sales, pre-sales, and support calls
- Design QC frameworks, scorecards, and evaluation systems
- Identify gaps in pitch delivery, objection handling, and communication flow
- Provide structured feedback and improvement recommendations
- Work closely with teams to enhance call performance and conversion rates
- Experience in Call QA, Sales Auditing, or Sales Coaching
- Strong understanding of high-converting call structures
- Analytical mindset with attention to conversational detail
- Ability to translate insights into actionable training inputs
- Strong communication and evaluation skills
