About the Role

MARK DESIGN STUDIO is seeking a motivated and confident Calling Executive to generate leads and connect with potential clients for our Architecture, Interior Design, Planning, Visualization, and Construction Consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, builders, developers, property owners, and business owners.
• Introduce and explain the firm's architectural and interior design services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the design team.
• Follow up with existing inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with architects and project managers regarding client requirements.
• Assist in business development and sales activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good telephone etiquette and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of architecture, interior design, or construction industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Tele calling, Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
