Telecaller cum Sales Executive Interior Designing Company

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller cum Sales Executive to join our interior designing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, generating leads, explaining design services, coordinating appointments, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to project onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Explain the companys interior design services and offerings to prospective clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.
• Schedule design meetings and coordinate appointments with the design team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update them on project discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and assist in converting leads into sales.
• Maintain client databases, call records, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with designers and sales teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills in English and local language.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of interior designing industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/Excel is preferred.
