Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Caller. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, providing information about properties, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating follow-ups. The Caller will also assist in addressing customer queries, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Qualifications.

• Strong organizational and data management skills to maintain and update customer records.
• Ability to handle customer queries, coordinate schedules, and assist in follow-ups.
• Basic proficiency in using computer applications .
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
