Job Description
Contact Center Representative (Voice Process)
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
5 Days On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for non-sales queries
- Resolve issues with professionalism, tact, and empathy
- Provide accurate information based on product/service knowledge
- Use systems/tools to communicate, update, and manage customer data
- Maintain records by entering data into internal systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with team members and Team Leader
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in operations center / service industry (mandatory)
- Strong customer service and communication skills (English)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows & internet usage
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to research and handle multiple data sources
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Must be a team player with high adaptability
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of record management processes (good to have)
- Must clear pre-hire assessment with 90%+ score
