About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Intern to join our Finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to Accounts Payable (AP), tax filing, and ERP implementation, making it an excellent opportunity to build practical experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP) Management

• Assist in processing vendor invoices and maintaining accurate AP records
• Support invoice verification, reconciliation, and timely payment processing
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for invoice clarifications

Tax Filing & Compliance

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timelines
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory purposes

ERP Implementation

• Support the implementation of AP workflows
• Help in configuring invoice processing, approval workflows, and payment cycles
• Work closely with finance and tech teams to streamline processes
• Assist in testing, data validation, and system adoption

Accounting and Controllership

• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Support in closing internal and statutory audits

Who Should Apply

• CA Inter / pursuing Chartered Accountancy (Articleship or Industrial Training)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts
• Interest in taxation and finance operations
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel is a must; any coding and AI tool working knowledge will be a plus
