Position: Chartered Accountant Transfer Pricing

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified professional with 35 years of experience in Transfer Pricing. The role covers full transfer pricing lifecycle from benchmarking reports to documentations and eventually, group-level TP implications / advisory. The candidate will work on Indian as well as global TP assignments, with significant exposure to compliance, advisory, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct benchmarking analysis and prepare economic studies for various intercompany transactions.

- Prepare Transfer Pricing documentations - including local file, master file, and Country-by-Country Report.

- Assist in designing, evaluating, and implementing group-level transfer pricing policies, including cross-border structuring and restructuring.

- Advise on TP implications of business transactions in India and globally.

- Support clients in TP audits, representation before tax authorities, and litigation.

- Contribute to thought leadership and practical solutions across the spectrum of TP compliance and advisory.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), total 7+ years with 35 years of experience in Transfer Pricing.

- Strong knowledge of Indian TP regulations and familiarity with OECD/BEPS framework.

- Experience in global TP documentation (Master File, CbCR) and exposure to advisory work.

- Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

- Willingness to travel, as required.
