About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with Internal Audit / Risk & Controls experience, preferably from a Retail, D2C, Ecommerce, or Apparel setup.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving inventory leakages, revenue reconciliations, warehouse controls, returns fraud, and marketplace recovery issues in a fast-scaling omnichannel business.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal audit across Finance, Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement & Revenue
• Marketplace and D2C settlement reconciliations
• Controls around returns, RTO, refunds, COD, coupon abuse
• SOP reviews across warehouse, GRN, stock transfers & shrinkage
• Vendor audits and 3-way match controls
• Fraud reviews and process gap identification
• IFC testing and audit reporting to leadership

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 23 years in Internal Audit / IFC / Risk
• Prior exposure to Retail / Fashion / Ecommerce / D2C
• Strong Excel + ERP knowledge
• Power BI / SQL is a plus
