Your role

The candidate will support the wider GDBS Daily Close Team and be responsible for below key activities:

• Preparing the validation status of DOD Moves for each of the 5 huddles on a daily basis.
• Drafting the minutes of the daily huddles for each of the 5 huddles on a daily basis
• Compiling Timeliness/Completeness metrics of WCAT commentary and sign off for weekly and Monthly forums (includes
multiple file downloads from WCAT differ point of time)
• Compiling the data & preparing the pack of Validation checks, Intercompany break, Commentary, Sign off Status of Entity 4001 for their sign off.
• Preparing the end of the Day (Hand over) Pack
• Preparing workings for Output Summary mail
• Preparing the daily caveats analysis for the late EOD Call with Barbara
• Reminder mails on Holiday coverage.
• Follow-up mails for delayed / missing commentary on T1 and T2 basis.
• Follow-up mails for delayed / missing Sign off on T1 and T2 basis.
• Daily IT Status Dashboard (3 times a day)
• Daily Completeness Dashboard (3 times a day)
