Role Overview

We are looking for C++ MFC developer for Windows with 3 to 5 yrs of experience who can build, maintain and modernizes desktop applications by wrapping Win32/COM APIs in C++ objects. Ideal candidates should have strong Win32 knowledge, expertise in UI development (dialogs, controls), and experience with legacy codebases, using Visual Studio to create complex, high-performance GUI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and modernize complex, legacy Windows desktop applications using MFC.

Work with user interface design, including dialog-based applications, form views, and complex controls.

Debug, refactor and improve performance in heavily coupled legacy Windows C++ code.

Utilize Visual Studio tools for developing, compilingand debugging applications.

Required Technical Skills

Languages: Expert-level C++. Minimum 4years of Experience. Expert in Oops concepts.

Frameworks: Deep understanding of MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes).

OS APIs: Strong knowledge of Win32 APIs, Windows messaging, and COM.

UI/Controls: Experience with Windows Common Controls (CWnd) and UI resource management.

Tools: Microsoft Visual Studio (including resource editor), Debugger.
