Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales cycle, managing a sales team, conducting market analysis, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development.
• Proven success in Lead Generation, Prospect Nurturing, and Closing Deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the interior design or related industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Leadership and team management experience to motivate and guide sales teams effectively.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is an added advantage.
