Serve as a BI SME with domain expertise in Supply Chain Analytics.

About the Role

Lead BI initiatives and Power Cells (future) to deliver impactful analytics solutions. Collaborate with scrum Master to ensure Agile delivery practices are followed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Scrum Master to highlight the blockers to various stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver value.
• Ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Review the Design and implement robust data models to support scalable analytics.
• Oversee solution design, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
• Provide strategic guidance to teams, removing blockers and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Guide the team to develop and execute data strategies, governance frameworks, and process improvements.
• Align resourcing strategies with project timelines, business priorities, and capacity planning.
• Identify skill gaps and collaborate with leadership to onboard and upskill team members.

Qualifications

Business Intelligence Tools, Data warehousing and Analytics + Data engineering: MUST

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience on Data engineering, Analytics, experience or knowledge on Power BI, Snowflake, Matillion, Appworx.
• AIML-Snowflake/Databricks will be added advantage.
• Supply Chain Analytics Planning, Order Management MUST; good to have other modules.
• Data Modelling & Architecture: Star/Snowflake Schema, Dimensional Modelling.
• Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming MUST.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: PO Engagement, Business Alignment, Communication.
• Team Leadership: Mentoring, Cross-functional Team Guidance, Conflict Resolution.
• Solution Design: Scalable Architecture, Performance Optimization.
• Project Delivery: Timely Execution, Risk Mitigation, Continuous Improvement.
