Position: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Support

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Shift Timings: 07:00 PM IST to 04:00 AM IST (US Shift)

Position Overview

Thoughtic Solutions is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Support Analyst with a strong analytics and reporting background to support enterprise dashboards, reporting platforms, and data-related business operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI, familiarity with Salesforce / SAP / SQL-based environments, and the ability to troubleshoot reporting and dashboard issues effectively.

This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable serving as the first point of contact for reporting support, issue resolution, and dashboard operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve dashboard, reporting, and data-related issues

Serve as the first line of support for reporting questions, user inquiries, and issue management

Perform light dashboard development, updates, and enhancements as needed

Analyze and validate data across Salesforce / SAP / SQL-based systems

Collaborate with business users, analytics teams, and technical teams to identify root causes and implement solutions

Monitor dashboard performance, data refresh schedules, and reporting accuracy

Document issues, resolutions, and reporting support processes

Assist in improving reporting quality, usability, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Strong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI including dashboard support and light development

Experience working with Salesforce, SAP, and SQL-based data environments

Proficiency in SQL for querying, troubleshooting, and data validation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience troubleshooting reporting and dashboard-related issues

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
