Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Business Analytics

Own revenue analytics across D2C and marketplace channels

Analyze business performance and identify revenue growth opportunities

Support forecasting, revenue planning, and business strategy initiatives

Contribute towards business P&L; understanding and profitability analysis

Marketing & Profitability Insights

Analyze marketing performance across Meta, Google, and acquisition channels

Track and optimize CAC, ROAS, retention, LTV, and repeat rates

Drive insights around CM1, CM2, and CM3 metrics

Improve marketing efficiency and overall profitability

Marketplace & Shopify Analytics

Own marketplace analytics across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other channels

Analyze Shopify funnels, customer journeys, and conversion trends

Generate actionable insights to improve revenue and marketplace performance

Business Insights & Leadership

Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations

Work closely with founders and leadership on growth initiatives

Lead and mentor the analytics/data team

Build a strong culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization

Candidate Profile

58+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Commercial Analytics

Strong experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer brands

Experience with Shopify and marketplace ecosystems is mandatory

Strong understanding of revenue metrics, marketing analytics, and profitability

Proven ability to derive business insights from data and influence decision-making

Experience leading or mentoring analytics/data teams is preferred

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau

Experience working with Shopify analytics and marketplace data

Understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution analysis

Knowledge of Python is good to have
