Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Trainee to join our Bhubaneswar office. This is a hybrid role (field + office) where you will work directly under our Manager Advertising Sales and contribute to real revenue-generating activities from Day 1.

Top performers will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the 3-month internship.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, digital outreach, and referrals

Maintain and update a daily lead tracker and prospecting pipeline

Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations

Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and in-person visits

Schedule meetings and accompany the Manager on client calls

Actively contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Track competitor offerings and market trends

Submit daily/weekly activity reports to the Advertising Sales Manager

Coordinate with internal creative and strategy teams

Requirements

Own two-wheeler (motorcycle or scooter) mandatory for field visits

Valid driving licence and comfort with local travel in Bhubaneswar

Proactive, go-getter attitude with a jolly and approachable personality

Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Odia

Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field

MBA / postgraduate students are welcome to apply

Experience

02 years | Freshers strongly encouraged to apply

Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or client-facing roles is a plus not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

Stipend: 10,000 per month

Fuel reimbursement: 3 per KM for verified field visits

Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance)
