About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Representative to join our team for the Australia/International market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to generate and qualify leads. This role is for AHMEDABAD location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through tele-calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and follow-ups in CRM
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable starting at 6 am and finishing at 2 pm
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Understanding of sales
• Lead generation capabilities
• Ability to handle objections confidently
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• 1 2 years of similar experience is mandatory
• Experience in similar industry will be given preference

Education: Graduate with 1 - 2 years of experience
