Key Responsibilities

Drive lead generation and client acquisition in the staffing/recruitment domain

Build and manage strong client relationships and stakeholder networks

Conduct client meetings, understand hiring needs, and offer tailored solutions

Collaborate internally to ensure current job requirements.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

What Were Looking For

Proven experience as a BDM in the recruitment/staffing industry

Strong expertise in lead generation, client handling & stakeholder management

Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
