Business Development Specialist Space Crafter Studio (On-site, Bengaluru)

Space Crafter Studio designs and delivers endtoend signage and spatial branding solutions. Were hiring a Business Development Specialist to own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and site discovery to design coordination, proposals, negotiation, and handover to production.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline ownership: Source and qualify B2B leads across real estate, retail, education, hospitality, fitness, and corporate sectors. Build a predictable pipeline and maintain activity hygiene in CRM.
• Discovery & site visits: Conduct onsite assessments, capture photos/videos, take accurate measurements, and note installation constraints, visibility, lighting, and safety considerations.
• Solution scoping: Translate client requirements into clear briefs. Explain materials (ACP, acrylic, metal), finishes, lighting (LED, backlit, edgelit), and mounting options with pros/cons and budget ranges.
• Design coordination: Work with our design team to share site inputs, drawings, and brand guidelines. Present concepts, manage feedback loops, and secure approvals before production.
• Quotations & closure: Prepare precise quotations, negotiate scope/timelines within company guidelines, and drive order closure with PO/advance. Document terms, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Order handover: Coordinate with production and installation, share approved drawings/quantities, track timelines, and keep clients informed through completion and handover.
• Account growth: Nurture relationships, identify upsell/crosssell opportunities, and drive renewals and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 25 years in B2B sales; signage, fabrication, construction, interiors, or branding industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluency in English and local languages is a plus.
• High ownership, targetdriven mindset, and excellent time management.
• Comfortable with site work and technical measurements; basic understanding of drawings and materials.
• Twowheeler and valid driving license.

Work Setup

• On-site in Bengaluru; office reporting MondaySaturday, 9:00 AM6:00 PM.
• Role reports to the Director.
