Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 26 Years

• Develop and expand the B2B Life Insurance business.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage POSPs/Insurance Advisors.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
• Drive premium growth and achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Ensure excellent partner engagement and business retention.

26 years of experience in Life Insurance or Insurance Broking.

Hands-on experience with the POSP Model or Agency Model.

Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
