About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Intern (Sales) to support our B2B sales and corporate outreach efforts. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise sales, client engagement, and revenue strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential corporate clients
  • Build and maintain a database of decision-makers (HR, Legal, Compliance, L&D Heads)
  • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Follow up on leads and assist in closing deals
  • Pitch ET Masterclass workshops to corporate clients
  • Coordinate with clients on event details and registrations
  • Update CRM and track sales pipeline
  • Support revenue targets and reporting

Eligibility & Skills

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelors/Masters (BBA, BCom, MBA, Marketing, Law, etc.)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales process
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Proactive, target-oriented mindset
