Job Description:

The role involves:

• Driving renewals
• Acquiring new business
• Conducting Microsoft workshops to expand customer engagement

Key Responsibilities

1. Renewal Business

• Proactively manage and drive renewals, ensuring high customer retention
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and upsell relevant solutions
• Stay updated on product enhancements and schedule demos for cloud and security solutions

2. New Business Development

• Identify and engage new prospects through industry databases and research
• Generate fresh business opportunities and expand the customer base

3. Microsoft Workshops (MCI)

• Plan and execute SMB workshops to drive awareness and product adoption
• Encourage customers to effectively leverage online IT solutions

What Were Looking For

• good to have experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably IT sales)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
• Good to have prior experience in IT infrastructure sales, renewals, or cloud is an added advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
