Hiring: Business Development Intern

At Age Stronger, we help older adults aged 50 and above rebuild their strength, balance, and cognitive sharpness so they can live independently and confidently.

We are looking for a driven intern to help us grow our community and gather vital feedback over a 3-month internship. However, we do not want a typical "sales shark."

Because you will be speaking directly with seniors and their families, empathy, immense patience, and 100% clear communication are absolute requirements. For us, a respectful, high-quality conversation will always matter more than blindly dialing 100 numbers. Quality over quantity!

Your Role:

• Lead Generation: Smartly identify and gather leads of potential clients and communities who would benefit from our programs.
• Thoughtful Outreach (Cold Calling): Call potential clients, clearly explain what we do, and guide them toward a free demo session without being pushy.
• Client Feedback: Call our existing or past members to genuinely listen to their experiences and gather feedback to help us improve.

The Details:

• Duration: 3-month internship.
• Location: Bangalore is preferred, but we are open to a fully remote setup for the right candidate.
• Compensation: 5,000 20,000 per month (performance & outcome-based).
• Who this is for: Ideal for college students, freshers, or anyone who has a natural ability to hold warm, respectful, and patient conversations with older adults.
