Business Development - Forensics & Restructuring

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to support the growth of our Forensics & Restructuring practice. The role will involve building relationships with key stakeholders in the insolvency and investment ecosystem and driving business opportunities across service lines such as Integrity Due Diligence, Asset Tracing, Forensic & Transaction Audits, Restructuring and Cash Flow Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with Insolvency Professionals (IPs) and facilitate meetings for the leadership team
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Private Equity Funds, ARCs, law firms, and lenders
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients
• Support business development initiatives, including market outreach and pipeline tracking
• Assist in preparing pitch materials, proposals, and introductory decks
• Track industry developments, especially in the insolvency and restructuring space

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) ecosystem
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and result-oriented approach
• Ability to build and manage professional relationships
• Good organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior exposure to financial services, consulting, or legal ecosystem
• Familiarity with stakeholders such as IPs, PE funds, ARCs, and law firms
