Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients in the mobile and web application development space. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings and presentations, understand customer requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions and close deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and nurturing existing accounts, maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, and achieving defined revenue and growth targets. The role also requires regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in business events or networking activities to strengthen ToXSLs market presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for IT services and solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to maintain relationships and drive growth from existing clients.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including persuasive presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant experience in software services, IT consulting, or technology sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic understanding of mobile and web technologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset, goal orientation, and the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
