As we scale our business, were looking for a drivenBusiness Development Executive / Sales Development Representativewho can help us expand our client base and onboard long-term enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities- Generate qualified leads for software development and IT services
- Prospect and engage potential clients viaLinkedIn, Upwork, freelance platforms, and other outbound channels
- Identify enterprise and mid-market opportunities and manage the complete sales lifecycle
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client requirements, and position EonixTechs services effectively
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM
- Collaborate with the technical and leadership teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
- Close deals and onboard long-term, high-value clients
- Build strategic partnerships and referral channels
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development for software development / IT services
- Proven experience selling:
- Custom software development
- SaaS solutions
- Web & mobile applications
- Cloud or enterprise solutions
- Hands-on experience withLinkedIn lead generation,Upwork bidding, and other sales platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience dealing withenterprise clients and decision-makers
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Existing network of clients or partners
- Experience working with international clients (US, Europe, Middle East)
- Understanding of Agile / software delivery models
- Experience with outbound email campaigns and cold outreach
