Business Development Associate (Malayalam Speaking)
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 1+ Year (B2C Sales | Ed Tech Preferred
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: (20,000-30,000) + Incentives + Bonus
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads into enrolments.
Counsel students on courses, career opportunities, and pricing.
Follow up with prospects and address their queries.
Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
1+ year of B2C sales experience.
Fluency in Malayalam with excellent communication skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven with basic CRM knowledge.
