Hiring: Business Development Engineer Industrial Software Solutions

Location: Taloja or Mumbai

Experience: 12 years

We are looking for engineering graduates, preferably from IT / Computer Science, with 12 years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in manufacturing or process-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop business opportunities in manufacturing and process industries

- Present and demonstrate MES and digital solutions to prospective clients

- Understand plant-level operational requirements and recommend suitable solutions

- Work closely with technical teams to support implementation and client success

Preferred Background

- Exposure to MES, ERP, industrial automation, or related industrial software solutions

- Strong communication, presentation, and techno-commercial skills

- Ability to engage with clients in a consultative, solution-oriented manner
