Business Development Engineer

Fouress Network Solutions is a Bengaluru-based distributor of networking, structured cabling, and fiber optic products. We supply high-quality passive networking solutions to system integrators, IT companies, data centers, telecom, and enterprise customers. Our focus is on delivering reliable products, technical expertise, and long-term customer relationships.

We are looking for a Business Development Engineer to drive sales and business growth for our networking and fiber optic product portfolio. The role involves identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, conducting product presentations, and working closely with customers to recommend the right solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales/business development in networking, structured cabling, or fiber optics is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of fiber optic patch cords, fiber cables, LC/SC/MPO connectors, SFP/QSFP transceivers, structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6A), network racks, and passive networking products.
• Basic understanding of LAN, data center, and enterprise networking.
• Excellent communication, customer handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for customer meetings.
