Role Overview

This role is not just sales it is business consulting with revenue ownership.

You will:

  • Understand the complete business model of clients
  • Identify growth gaps and opportunities
  • Guide them towards relevant government schemes, funding, and services
  • Drive consultative closures

We are looking for individuals who can think like advisors, sell like consultants, and close like performers.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Understanding & Consulting

  • Engage with startup founders, MSMEs, and business owners
  • Understand their business model, revenue streams, and challenges
  • Identify opportunities in:
  • Government schemes & subsidies
  • Funding & grant programs
  • Digital marketing & IT services

2. Consultative Selling

  • Recommend tailored solutions based on business needs
  • Position StartupFlora as a growth partner (not just a service provider)
  • Build trust and drive high-value closures

3. Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation

  • Convert leads into paying clients through structured consulting approach
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle (connect consult close)
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets consistently

4. Pipeline & Relationship Management

  • Maintain lead pipeline via CRM tools
  • Ensure continuous follow-ups and deal movement
  • Build long-term client relationships and repeat business

5. Team Leadership (For Senior / TL Roles)

  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants/sales executives
  • Drive team targets, performance, and conversions
  • Conduct training, reviews, and strategy planning
  • Own team revenue and productivity


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:Business Consultant / BDA: 02 Years
  • Senior Role: 13 Years
  • Team Leader: 24 Years (with team handling)
  • Background in:
  • Consulting / Financial Services / Insurance / Banking / B2B Sales
  • Strong ability to:
  • Understand business problems
  • Communicate solutions effectively
  • Close deals in a target-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Sales funnel & client lifecycle
  • CRM tools and MS Office


Preferred Profile

  • Experience in consultative or high-ticket sales
  • Exposure to startup ecosystem / MSMEs / government schemes
  • Strong negotiation & closing skills
  • Advisor mindset + revenue focus
  • High ownership and execution-driven attitude
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
