About the Role:
We are looking for Business Development / Inside Sales Associates who will be primarily involved in identifying prospects and generating new opportunities across the Asia or United States. The candidate must understand Greenterns and its clients offerings, problems solved, relevant industries, and client profiles and deliver the right pitch to engage prospects while managing the relationship from there on.

Responsibilities:
- Understand customer profiles, product details, scripts, and processes, and reach out to prospects to pitch solutions via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools.
- Research and identify prospect information from multiple sources/databases, managing it in a structured and actionable format.
- Use multiple outreach channels Call, Email, LinkedIn, etc. to establish connections and generate interest in the specific regions assigned
- Ensure outreach and engagement follow company guidelines and brand positioning
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, dashboards, and analytics in a data-driven manner.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for clarifications, requirements, and to share feedback from prospects.
- Adopt to AI tools to maximize productivity and conversion
Qualifications:
- 1- 4 years of inside sales/business development work experience at a Software, IT, or ITES company with international market exposure
- Demonstrable track record of lead generation, pipeline building, and meeting targets
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly disciplined and self-motivated you own your numbers
- Strong work ethic and bias for action
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Comfortable working on-site at our Bangalore office, 5 days a week
