Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Associate cum

Tester who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. This

unique role combines client engagement, project coordination, and QA/testing

responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on development project documentation. The ideal

candidate is someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys both people facing

and analytical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and reach out to potential clients and business opportunities.

Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and client pitches.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Maintain client relationships and act as a liaison between the client and development

team.

Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects and stakeholders.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Develop, execute, and document manual test cases based on requirements.

Identify bugs, document issues clearly, and work with developers for resolution.

Perform regression, functional, and usability testing.

Validate fixes and ensure final deliverables meet expected standards and business

needs.

Project Documentation:

Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements,

technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

Assist in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and flow diagrams.

Ensure clear communication and alignment across development, design, and business

teams through proper documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.

13 years of experience in business development, software testing, or a hybrid role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile

methodologies.

Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Postman) is a plus.

Ability to analyze and document business and technical requirements.

Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.

Basic knowledge of web and mobile application testing.

Exposure to wireframing or design tools (Figma, Balsamiq) is a plus.

Proficiency in documentation tools like Confluence, Google Docs, or Notion.
