Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai is for a Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and nurturing client relationships.
The candidate will be closely involved in managing inbound leads and driving the entire sales process from first interaction to final closure. They will create effective presentations, deliver impactful pitches, and work collaboratively to drive the growth of the business.
They will represent the brand during client meetings, understand client requirements, and help identify market trends to refine strategies and reach new audiences.
Qualifications and Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound leads from platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, and website inquiries
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budget, and event details
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from first interaction, follow-ups, pitching, to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and follow-ups
- Excellent Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver compelling Presentations to engage clients effectively.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal, to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to the team's success.
- Prior experience in photography or creative industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
