Circled Advisory is a premium real estate advisory firm and channel partner, building Circled Plus Bangalores first invite-only, private listing platform for luxury homes. Were a small, sharp team on a mission to redefine how luxury real estate is sold and experienced.

Weve closed marquee transactions and are now scaling our luxury supply network and digital presence. This is a fast-moving, execution-first setup where supply, sales, marketing, and client teams work in sync to build high-quality inventory and drive demand.


Location: Bangalore HBR Layout

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in real estate, sales, business development, or relationship-driven roles


What You'll do

Own supply acquisition and inventory management for luxury properties across Bangalore.


  • Source luxury properties (5 Cr+) across key Bangalore micro-markets, especially CBD, through multiple channels including property portals, broker networks, referrals, and on-ground efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers
  • Work closely with sales team on active client requirements to source relevant inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits for sales team and clients
  • Negotiate brokerage with owners/brokers and bring properties live for sales
  • Track and manage all ongoing site visits and follow-ups
  • Maintain complete ownership of inventory data accuracy, updates, and availability
  • Own property listings on the Circled Plus website - upload, update, and maintain all details (pricing, specs, media, status)
  • Act as the single point of contact for all supply-related queries internally
  • Take on-ground ownership including field visits, networking, and proactive sourcing


Who you are


  • 13 years of experience in real estate, sales, business development, or relationship-driven roles
  • Strong ability to build relationships with brokers, developers, property owners.
  • Comfortable negotiating and closing commercial terms
  • Highly organised and able to track multiple properties, visits, and conversations
  • Street-smart and resourceful with the ability to unlock hard-to-find inventory
  • Comfortable being on the field when required
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for inventory end-to-end
  • Clear communicator and team player across sales and operations

Other Details

  • Work Location: Co-working space in North Bangalore (near Manyata, HBR Layout)
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM 7 PM
  • Startup environment where we move fast
