Job Description

About the Role:

eShocan is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Database Executive to build and manage prospect databases across key industry verticals. You will be the backbone of our outbound sales engine - identifying, researching, and mapping accounts across the US and European markets to fuel business growth. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who is analytical, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a B2B sales intelligence environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect databases across multiple business verticals (e-commerce, retail, technology, manufacturing, etc.) for US and European markets.
  • Conduct thorough account mapping - identifying key decision-makers, stakeholders, org structures, and business relationships within target accounts.
  • Use data mining platforms such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source and validate contact data.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Clay, etc.) to automate and accelerate data enrichment, lead scoring, and research workflows.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene - ensure all prospect records, account details, and activity logs are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define ICP (Ideal Customer Profiles) and segment lists based on geography, firmographics, and verticals.
  • Track outreach metrics and database health - flagging duplicates, bounced emails, and outdated contacts regularly.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in database management, lead generation, or sales research.
  • Understanding of B2B sales concepts and account mapping for US/European business environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Based in Pune and available to join immediately.
  • Enthusiasm for using AI to enhance productivity and research quality.
