Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Manufacturing / Procore Specialist with strong expertise in Procore implementation within the Construction / EPC domain.

The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end functional and technical design, implementation, and integration of Procore for project management and delivery. This role requires deep domain knowledge in construction projects (preferably utility projects), strong integration experience with Oracle systems, and leadership capabilities to align business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional & technical design of Procore for project management and delivery in construction projects
• Drive end-to-end Procore implementation for construction / EPC clients
• Architect and oversee integrations between Procore and Oracle Applications (Fusion / EBS)
• Assess existing PMI / project management tools and define consolidation strategy into a unified Procore platform
• Provide expert guidance on Procore best practices, configurations, customization, and scalability
• Collaborate with business & technical teams to ensure alignment with requirements, timelines, and delivery goals
• Support governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience implementing Procore for Construction / EPC companies
• Strong knowledge of Procore modules across project management, delivery, and operations
• Experience designing and managing ProcoreOracle integrations
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle, especially utility project construction
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams during implementation phases
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT solutions within the construction industry
• Knowledge of PMI tools and experience building tool consolidation strategies
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems (Fusion, EBS, or related)

• Based in Chennai or open to relocation
• Immediate joiner or short notice period candidates preferred
• Strong leadership presence with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project streams
