Role overview:

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can manage end-to-end client servicing across social media and integrated projects. From understanding client briefs to ensuring timely and quality deliverables, you will be the key point of contact and accountability for all assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end client relationships across social and project-based accounts.
• Lead client briefing sessions, decode requirements, and translate them into actionable internal briefs.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
• Act as the primary escalation point for clients and ensure proactive communication.
• Track deliverables, approvals, and revisions across multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Support and guide social media strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and long-term partnerships.

What are we looking for:

• 46 years of experience in client servicing / account management, preferably in an advertising or digital agency.
• Proven experience in handling social media clients and integrated campaigns.
• Strong understanding of content, production, and digital workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take complete ownership of accounts.
• A problem-solver mindset with attention to detail and deadlines.
