Role Description
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic brand partners that align with the companys target audience, values, and growth objectives
- Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, product collaborations, and cross-promotional initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, timelines, and promotional opportunities with brands, agencies, and external stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end execution of collaboration campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and partner brands
- Create integrated promotional strategies across social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, PR, and digital channels to maximize campaign reach and impact
- Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, revenue contribution, and overall ROI
- Build long-term relationships with key industry partners, media platforms, creators, and affiliate networks to unlock new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop exclusive promotions, seasonal campaigns, and launch activations
- Source and manage sponsorship opportunities, brand integrations, and event partnerships to enhance market visibility and brand credibility
- Ensure all brand collaborations maintain consistency with brand guidelines, messaging, and customer experience standards
- Drive customer engagement through giveaway campaigns, contests, referral programs, and community-focused promotional initiatives
- Monitor competitor partnerships, industry trends, and emerging collaboration opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats to continuously innovate and maintain competitive advantage
- Plan and manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and production workflows to ensure timely and consistent execution
- 24 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Communications, or Integrated Marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail, or D2C brands
- Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, customer engagement, brand equity, and business growth
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis, with the ability to translate insights into impactful brand initiatives
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing brand campaigns, product launches, promotional activations, and seasonal marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels
- Experience managing brand collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives to expand reach, credibility, and customer acquisition
- Strong ability to build and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Proven track record of working with influencers, creators, media partners, agencies, and external stakeholders to deliver successful brand-building campaigns
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate brand vision and campaign strategies effectively
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness, evaluate brand performance metrics, monitor brand sentiment, and optimize marketing initiatives based on insights
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, social media, performance, product, merchandising, and sales teams
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills for managing strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, and vendor relationships
