Job Description
Title: BPCS Architect (Infor LX / Legacy ERP)
Location: Bengaluru/Pune/Hyderabad/NCR Region(Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Role Summary
Lead architecture, support, and modernization of BPCS / Infor LX ERP environments in manufacturing-heavy Pharma setups.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance BPCS / Infor LX architecture
Define roadmap for:
o Legacy modernization / migration to cloud ERP
Support modules:
o Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, Inventory
Ensure integration with:
o WMS, RF systems, MES, external systems
Handle IBM i (AS/400) platform considerations
Provide stability, performance optimization, and system upgrades
Required Skills
Strong experience in:
o BPCS / Infor LX ERP
o AS/400 / IBM i ecosystem
Knowledge of:
o Manufacturing planning (MRP, DRP)
o Finance modules
Experience in ERP upgrade / migration programs
Regulatory & Compliance
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
GxP / 21 CFR Part 11
Data integrity & audit trails
Functional Exposure
Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory
Batch management, traceability, recall management
Delivery Experience
Global rollout (multi-country)
ERP transformation / digital manufacturing programs
Strong stakeholder engagement (business + IT)
