We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in HiL testing and HV Battery Management Systems (BMS).

Key Requirements:

6+ years of hands-on experience in HiL testing for HV BMS systems (OEM / Tier 1 / EV domain)

Strong knowledge of HV architecture modules, cells, pack topology

Experience with contactor logic, pre-charge, discharge path, isolation monitoring & protection circuits

Understanding of HVIL, grounding architecture, and sensing principles (current/voltage/temp)

Hands-on with HiL platforms (dSPACE, NI PXI, Vector VT, BMCM rigs)

Strong debugging skills simulation issues, timing overruns, signal integrity

Experience in triaging issues, defect management, and leading triage discussions

Good knowledge of CAN, LIN, DBC, FIBEX, ARXML & UDS diagnostics

Strong log analysis and root cause identification skills
